No Return Policy for Custom Produced Promotional Items

Thank you for choosing PromoProz for your custom promotional items. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with high-quality products and merchandise. Please be aware that due to the unique nature of customization (i.e. altering manufactured goods with logos and embellishments), you understand and agree to our No Return Policy for customized promotional items.

  1. Customization and Personalization: All promotional items ordered from PromoProz are customized in reference to your brand including but not limited to logos, colors, designs, placements and sizes. Note: If specific PMS colours are required, it must be stated in writing prior to production. In some cases, a pre-production sample may be required at the client’s expense. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

  2. Approval Process: Before production begins, we will provide you with proofs and/or mock-ups for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully examine and confirm that all details are accurate and meet your expectations. Once approved errors or discrepancies thereafter are not be eligible for return or refund.

  3. Quality Assurance: PromoProz takes pride in ensuring the highest quality standards for all custom-produced promotional items. However, in the rare event of manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service immediately and we will work to address any questions or concerns.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Orders for custom promotional items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Any cancellation requests prior to production must be submitted in writing, and we will assess options.

  5. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered in the event of manufacturing defects. Note: PromoProz is not a manufacturer and does not produce blank products. We are a brand marketing company that works with reputable suppliers of apparel and hard goods. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, accompanied by documentation and photographic evidence of an issue.
